HiTECC Student/Entry Level Technician Starting Pay:  $18.00/hr

Competitive base pay: $22-$30/hour (depending on experience) + 3-15% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms as well as additional bonus opportunities. Unlicensed candidates start at $18.50/hour and will be supported in obtaining their license.

Automotive Technician Starting Salary:   Range of $35-$40 per flat rate hour. 

Dealer Trade Driver Competitive Salary: $17.50 per hour, part time.

Automotive Service Writers Competitive Salary: Enjoy a 7.5% commission of total individual repair order gross parts and service sales, plus spiffs and bonuses. Average minimum monthly commission is $5,000 and may be increased based on total individual service sales.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Competitive Pay: $2,000 base salary plus 3.2% commission of parts gross. Average monthly earnings of $4,600. 

Automotive Parts Personnel Competitive Pay: 1.5% commission of parts gross profits, wholesale gross profit, and retail gross profit. Average monthly compensation of $5,000-$8000.

Competitive Pay: This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end. Expected monthly compensation of $10,000-$15,000 per month for top 1/3 of sales performers.

Automotive Finance Competitive Salary:  12% of total gross income on all products and reserve. Expected monthly income of $15,000-$20,000. 

Automotive Technician Starting Salary:   Range of $25-$40 per flat rate hour, depending on experience. $5,000 yearly bonus possible depending on Level of Toyota Qualifications. 

Automotive Service Writers Competitive Salary:  7% commission on individual customer pay/warranty/internal total parts and service adjusted gross, plus 1% commission on individual customer pay/warranty/internal of total parts and service adjust gross if bonus criteria for the month is met. Expected monthly earnings averaging $4,000-$8,000, with a potential for increased income based on additional individual sales. 

Business Development Assistant Competitive Salary: $19-$21.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Expected annual earnings: $140,000 – $200,000+, depending on results

$40-$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience and certifications.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Competitive Pay: .75%-1.25% of total parts and labor adjusted gross from the average daily sales summary per CDK, depending on experience. Average monthly income of $3,000-$6,000.
