Automotive Technician Starting Salary:   Range of $25-$40 per flat rate hour, depending on experience. $5,000 yearly bonus possible depending on Level of Toyota Qualifications.

This position involves reviewing damage with customers, providing accurate answers to customer questions, explaining repair needs in a clear and professional manner, educating and negotiating with customers and insurance adjusters on the repair requirements for various vehicle makes and models. Automotive Service Manager Compensation: $2,000 monthly salary, plus 2% of department gross profit and 7% of department net profit. Expected annual pay of $150,000+. 

Automotive Service Writers Competitive Salary:  7% of individual TSM customer pay and warranty R/O parts & labor gross profit after discount, according to the advisor daily sales summary. 4% of individual TSM internal R/O parts & labor gross profit after discount, according to the advisor daily sales summary. Monthly focus bonuses based on Parts and Service Director discretion. Expected monthly income of $7,000-$11,000.
