Automotive Technician Starting Salary:   Range of $25-$40 per flat rate hour, depending on experience. $5,000 yearly bonus possible depending on Level of Toyota Qualifications.

This position involves reviewing damage with customers, providing accurate answers to customer questions, explaining repair needs in a clear and professional manner, educating and negotiating with customers and insurance adjusters on the repair requirements for various vehicle makes and models. General Sales Manager Competitive Salary: Enjoy a $3,000 monthly salary plus 4% total new and used gross profit. Expected annual income of $200,000+.

Motorcycle Sales Associates Competitive Salary: Enjoy a 20% commission according to terms of pay plan, except boat sales (boat sales at 15%), with average total monthly compensation of $6,000. Increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.
