$30-$46 per flat rate hour depending on experience and certifications.

Motorsports Service Porter Competitive Pay:  Starting at $20 per hour.

Automotive Service Manager Compensation: $2,000 monthly salary, plus 2% of department gross profit and 7% of department net profit. Expected annual pay of $150,000+.

Automotive Service Porter Competitive Pay:  Starting at $18 per hour. 

Highly Competitive Pay: $7,500 monthly salary + 5% of Total Store Gross + 10% of Total Store Net

Competitive Pay: This commission-based position offers a 10% commission of the front-end payable deal gross and 8% of the back-end payable deal gross. Annual earnings of $50,000+. Your earnings potential increases with productivity and the number of sales.

Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary:  Enjoy a $1,750 base salary plus 3.25% new and used gross commission, with expected monthly earnings ranging from $15,000 to $24,000, plus potential for additional income based on department profitability.

Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk Competitive Pay: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience. 

Competitive Pay: This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end. Expected monthly compensation of $10,000-$15,000 per month for top 1/3 of sales performers.

Entry Level Technician Starting Pay: $18 per hour.
