The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program reopens on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Vehicles must be purchased or leased on or after that date to qualify for rebates. Vehicles purchased or leased prior to that date, while the program was suspended, are not eligible for rebates.
Applicants have six months from the date of purchase or lease to apply. Once funds are depleted, eligible applicants may be placed on a waitlist.

New battery electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles with qualifying specs may receive a $2,500 rebate.

Charge Ahead Rebate
For low- and moderate-income households, the Charge Ahead rebate offers up to $5,000 on qualifying new or used vehicles.
