We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Auto Detail Receptionist to join our growing automotive detailing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing appointments, processing payments, coordinating with detailing technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from vehicle check-in to pick up.
Auto Detail Receptionist Compensation and Benefits:
Auto Detail Receptionist Competitive Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Auto Detail Receptionist Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain detailing services, packages, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a positive customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
Schedule and confirm Auto Detailing appointments for our store.
Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pickup times.
Maintain customer records and service history.
Update appointment calendars and shop management software.
Assist managers with administrative tasks and reports.
Financial Transactions
Process customer payments accurately.
Prepare invoices and receipts.
Balance daily cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate daily schedules with detail technicians and management.
Track vehicle status and provide updates to customers AND internal management.
Coordinate with sales, service, and recon departments when necessary.
Assist with customer follow-up calls, surveys, and review requests.
Office Organization
Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Manage office supplies and customer materials.
File and maintain paperwork accurately.
Assist with marketing materials, customer databases, and email campaigns as assigned.
Auto Detail Receptionist Qualifications:
Automotive dealership, car wash, or detailing industry experience.
Experience with appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
Sales or upselling experience.
