Dick Hannah Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing all vehicle sales from the sales department, auditing paperwork to ensure compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Contracts Specialist Compensation and Benefits: 

Contracts Specialist Competitive Salary: $23-$26 per hour.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 6paid holidays per year to the Contracts Specialist subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Contracts Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Audits paperwork received from sales departments to ensure paperwork is in compliance with Hannah, DOL and DOR requirements. Communicates with sales staff regarding any deficiencies in paperwork.
• Audits accounting of vehicle sales.
• Posts accounting into the general ledger using computer system, making sure that the gross profit posted into accounting agrees with the gross profit in sales.
• Audits and maintains inventory schedules, including reconciling flooring at the end of each month.
• Produces an outstanding deal list for office managers each day, keeping track of deals nearing 20-day mark.
• Regular attendance.

Contracts Specialist Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
• Organized and extremely detail-oriented
