Competitive Pay: This commission-based position offers a 10% commission of the front-end payable deal gross and 8% of the back-end payable deal gross. Annual earnings of $50,000+. Your earnings potential increases with productivity and the number of sales.

Automotive Dealership Security Starting Salary: $21 per hour, full time. 10pm-6am, Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

Sales Lot Porter Competitive Salary:  $17.50 per hour.

As an integral part of our used-vehicle sales team, the Used Car Manager is responsible for sourcing and procuring a consistent supply of high-quality, marketable pre-owned vehicles. This role operates within established financial guidelines and purchasing policies to ensure optimal inventory levels that meet customer demands and align with management’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance our used-vehicle sales operations. Expected annual earnings of $90,000+, plus potential income based on bonuses an department profitability.

Automotive Service Writers Competitive Salary: Enjoy a 7.5% commission of total individual repair order gross parts and service sales, plus spiffs and bonuses. Average minimum monthly commission is $5,000 and may be increased based on total individual service sales.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Competitive Pay: $2,000 base salary plus 3.2% commission of parts gross. Average monthly earnings of $4,600. 

Automotive Parts Personnel Competitive Pay: 1.5% commission of parts gross profits, wholesale gross profit, and retail gross profit. Average monthly compensation of $5,000-$8000.
