  • Chris was very kind, understanding, and patient with me while I bought my car. Everyone that I dealt with there was awesome, unfortunately I can’t remember everyone’s names. I had a poor credit score, and not much money to work with but you guys got me into a car that I am very happy and excited about. I never felt judged. If felt like everyone really want to help. If and when I need another car I will totally be back!!
  • My husband and I were not really planning to buy a car on this day. However, Chris got us such a great deal on our new Hyundai Tucson that we couldn’t resist. The experience (from arrival to signing of the papers) was a hundred times more relaxed and un-stressfull than our previous car purchasing experience.

  • One of my least favorite things to do is go to a car dealership. I am busy and don’t have a lot of extra time. This was the quickest, nicest, and smoothest experience I have had with dick Hannah. Lucas Davidson was very knowledgeable and gave me a few options to think about. If I ever need to buy another car I will definitely come back.
  • I was very scorned by past "used car salesman" experiences but both Lawrence and Doug at Dick Says Yes are fabulous and truthful! I felt like I was buying a car from a friend.   • Doug went above and beyond for us, driving us around to different locations and carefully reviewing the paperwork. We were more than happy with his performance, not only did he find us the perfect truck, bur the next day they called to let us know they found us better financing with a lower rate.   • We actually wanted to buy a different brand car but weren’t satisfied with the service at a different car dealership and decided spontaneously to drop by Dick Hannah’s Kia dealership. What a great decision! AJ is a wonderful, very friendly and competent salesman. It was very busy when we came in but he really went out of his way to make the process as easy, fast and comfortable as possible for us. The pricing and the service at the car dealership are great, and the service is really excellent! We didn’t expect to, but left with the perfect car for us. I’d strongly recommend AJ at Dick Hannah’s Kia dealership to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience when purchasing a new car!
  • Just bought a Kia Soul from this dealership, and even though they didn’t have the color I wanted (yellow), they tracked it down and made sure it had all the options I wanted. Chucky is the best car salesman I’ve worked with, as well as being an amazing human being - he’s just an all around good guy. Chucky and Mark both made the process as simple as buying a new car can be. Thanks guys - I’ll be back and recommend you to anyone looking for a new or used car. And they have great coffee!
  • We have shopped for many cars in years past and have never had such a positive experience with a car salesman as we did with Chucky. He was knowledgeable, listened, courteous, genuine and made us feel like he only wanted the best for us. His positive attitude and sincere desire to make sure we get what we wanted was unsurpassed. He was truly a breath of fresh air and would recommend him to anyone.
  • We purchased 2012 Honda Ridgeline from Hanna Honda in Vancouver a week ago. Our salesperson was Fredy Segundo, if you’re looking for a new Honda or used vehicle, seek him out, you won’t be disappointed. We weren’t exactly sure which Ridgeline we wanted and we ran Fredy around pretty good bringing us trucks to look over. He was always more than willing to meet our request. Thanks Fredy!
  • I lost my car to an accident and had to replace it. I went to Dick Hannah Honda and was greeted with a smile from Fredy Segundo, even though it was a nasty rainy evening. Fredy walked us in and we started on our quest for a car to suit my needs and yet my budget. Fredy and the rest of the staff worked hard to get me my car and I had a good experience for it being my first car purchase from a dealership. Great job Fredy Segundo and Dick Hannah Honda!
  • Great experience. Douglas was friendly and knowledgeable and got me into an awesome car!!!...time for a raise....I think so. For me it was great going in and talking with someone rather than being talked down to by someone or having someone tell you the car you can get. Douglas was honest and was able to help me even if my credit was rock bottom.
  • My wife and I came to Dick Says Yes to see about getting rejected for a car, we were thinking about an older car that would get good gas mileage. We were met by Doug Kenaga, who was very friendly and inviting, so we sat down and talked about the car we were looking for and how bad our credit was and the wreck we brought in on trade. Doug told us he thought he had the right car for us and I’m still thinking about the rejection coming any time. But Doug drove a little green car my wife liked, not sure how he knew that, and invited us to test drive it. My wife and I liked it and told him so, but we knew the car was too new and low miles and we wouldn’t qualify for it. We were wrong, Rock Sobeck worked for us to get us a loan that had good rates and low monthly payments we could afford. Long story short we got a great car at a great deal and rate and Dick “did” Says Yes. Thank you Doug and Rock!!!
  • Heather knew I didn’t have time to come in I texted her what I wanted and she delivered with found exactly what I wanted at the payment I wanted!! She didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want!! I told her model make and color of exterior and interior!! Completely delivered and had loan and car ready!! Never had such a smooth car buying purchase in my life!!! Thanks Heather your awesome!
  • With our busy schedule with my wife and four kids, the dealership was great with following up with us. They were very courteous and friendly and Heather answered all of our questions for us. Overall, we were in and out very quickly and found a very nice van for our family. The van fits our family perfectly and we love it!! In the sales process we were given the vehicle at a lower price then we expected and this was a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend any of my family or friends to go here.

  • It was a pleasure doing business with your company. I found dealing with Brenda Gilliland to be like working with a family member and not a sales person. Her laid back approach to this sale was what finally sold me even though I knew I would purchase a replacement car soon. Brenda took the extra time to explain and clarify things for me; going far beyond her duty as a sales person. If she continues in this manner I have the feeling she will be one of your top sales people. I have a history with the VW that goes back to my youth and I’m glad that I was able again to acquire a Volkswagen. Thank You.
  • When my husband and I came to look at cars, we really did not intend to buy on that day. Jordan met us with a friendly smile and directed us to some of the cars that we thought we might have an interest in. He did so without being pushy; he let us take our time to look the lot over. Because of his demeanor and his assistance we left with a new 2013 Rav on that day. If we had been pressured or given a "sales pitch" we would not have made a purchase. The Rav sells itself, but it was Jordan who pushed it over the top. Our car has been admired by many of our friends, and we have told them how fairly Dick Hannah Toyota has treated us over the years. This is my 4th Toyota, and probably not my last.
