  • Excellent service. Our salesman, Peter Maher, was able to get us the best price for our new car and best value for our trade. We traveled 250 miles to get the exact car we wanted, and it was all due to Peter’s ability to communicate with us in a swift manner on any questions we had. The other dealerships we visited just couldn’t compare with the professionalism we experienced at Dick Hannah Subaru. No tricks, no gimmicks. It was definitely worth the trip.

    Additionally, knowing the "best price" is up front, and that the sales agents are on salary, removed the "predatory" fear as we proceeded through the purchase process.

  • I never give 5 out of 5’s but in this case I felt Bob was very nice and pleasent to work with on finding a car for us. He continued looking for cars and called us when he had a car that fit the description, eventually finding what we were looking for. He never came across as a pushy or annoying sales guy and that is a great trait as far as a customer is concerned. We had a great experience!

  • I was very leary when I first came into a car dealership with no trade-in or down payment when I really need a car and didn’t want a co-signer. My experience was not only much better than expected, but outstanding! Mark was so understanding and very helpful, which immediately put me at ease. The dealership blew me away with their ability to meet me exactly where I needed them to in order to make my car buying experience work. There weren’t any ridiculous haggling games involved, and they did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. I am extremely happy and will never shop for a car anywhere else again!

  • It is nice about one of the dealers who can spell or sign American Sign Language. They were very patient with us so same thing we were so patient with them, too. They helped us to make sure that we understand what they say about everything. We would buy our next vehicle here in the future.

Nick went over and above our expectations when we were initially trying to determine which car.   • Melani, our sales person, had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go for us when we arrived, but we changed our mind on the color. She didn’t skip a beat and we were test driving very quickly. She patiently test drove with all three of us in the family who wanted to drive the car. We are Costco member, which is a great approach for car buying at this dealership. We quickly were presented a very fair price based on the Costco program. However, there was an even better price advertised on the dealership web site, and the sales manager honored that price immediately.
