Some of our positions are technical in nature in our service departments. Top industry people provide the latest skills-based training to ensure were on the leading edge with the ever-changing vehicle types. Everyone likes to be recognized for their achievements. It’s human nature. Our Nice Employee of the Month program gives all employees an opportunity to be singled out by their peers for actively demonstrating what it means to be “nice” when serving our customers. Monthly winners are given a cash award and a matching cash award to donate to a charity of their choice. The Hannahs host a monthly lunch where the winners have an opportunity to share their experiences and get to know each other a little better. At the end of the year, one winner is selected to receive the grand prize of $5,000. Here at Dick Hannah Dealerships, “nice” is kind of a big deal.
